It goes without saying in Vermont that the food is sourced locally. But what does that mean exactly? Who are the farmers? What constitutes local? These questions and more will be addressed Friday, March 6th for our second annual Farmers’ Dinner.
Our friends at Vermont Fresh Network, Half Pint Farms, Caledonia Spirits, and Jericho Settlers Farm will be here to discuss their work and passion for growing food. Chef Doug will be preparing a five course meal highlighting these farms and more. Cocktail hour will begin at 6 pm with dinner served at 7 pm.
Tickets are $60 per person plus tax & gratuity. Beverage pairings are available for add-on for an extra $30 per person.
