Vermont has the highest number of cheese maker’s per capita – over 40 different cheese makers! Yesterday, we joined some of Vermont’s premier cheese makers at Shleburne Farms for the annual Vermont Cheesemaker’s Festival. With over 200 vendors and 2,000 attendees this event is full of people passionate about Vermont food and drink. We served up our house-made tonics (celery lime, orange pomegranate, and dandelion lemon) and bottled cocktails, perfect for a hot summer along the shores of Lake Champlain day!
