You may have heard that we are introducing a parrilla, or outdoor BBQ, to our restaurant offerings this summer. Inspired by the Argentine heritage of a few of Hotel Vermont’s owners, the Thursday night asado will feature a myriad of grilled meats and vegetables, wine, bread, salad and, of course, dolce de leche. Much like the traditional Argentine asado, the event will be outside and consists of a pre-set menu and the price will be all inclusive. Our opening date is currently in early June and will be located in the back courtyard area by Juniper Terrace. We’re looking forward to a fun summer!
